Our weekly timetable offers a variety of sessions across all three programs, scheduled at times that work for both early risers and evening movers.
Helpful Session Information
Arrive on Time
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your session. Late arrivals may be asked to join the next available class for the safety and focus of all participants.
Booking & Cancellation
Bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance. Cancellations must be submitted at least 4 hours before the session to avoid forfeiting your spot.
What to Expect
Each class begins with a warm-up, moves through the core practice, and finishes with a brief cool-down. All sessions are 55 minutes and suitable for various levels.
