Program FAQs

Do I need prior experience to join?
Not at all. All three programs are designed to accommodate a wide range of starting points. Our instructors provide modifications and progressions so each session is appropriate for your current level.
What should I bring to class?
Comfortable activewear, a water bottle, and a willingness to move. Studio equipment, mats, and props are all provided at no additional cost.
Can I switch between programs?
Yes. Monthly Active Pass and Annual Membership holders have full access to all three programs throughout the week. You're encouraged to mix and match based on how you feel each day.
How many people are in each class?
We deliberately limit class sizes to a maximum of 12 participants. This ensures every person receives adequate attention and the studio floor remains comfortable for safe, effective movement.
